Bhai i participated in a boq bid which asked for EMD of 45,000/- and i submitted it during participation and they disqualified me i did not have time to represent and the bid is awarded and its been 2 months now no return of emd to my account bank ask for there letter on the letterhead and i call gem they said we can not do anything you contact the buyer how can i contact them i dont have mob no or email id and no support from gem my money is wasted what do i do now.

Gem is nothing just destroying the trader and bring only monopoly. Driect manufacturer quote lr rhe h or competition jyada hogya h

Now Most of the bids are asking experience and past performance both

GeM does nothing. I have detected several manipulations in bid done by buyer and i have sent all the evidence to delhi grievance officer but till date GeM took no actions against the corrupt buyers. 😅

Govt. Department employees are the king as GeM is launched they choose there commissioned sellers only. Our business is dumped due to GeM. Because we are willing to do white things and department only want Black stuff.
